BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR RENTING MAISON CAGE

The party leader must be at least 21 and authorised to make the booking on the basis of these booking conditions. All correspondence and documents will be sent to the party leader who is responsible for all payments in respect of the booking and ensuring that members of the party are kept informed of details affecting their arrangements.

On receipt of your letter, telephone instructions or e-mail and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental, we will send you written confirmation of your holiday arrangements. Accommodation is reserved only for the use of persons named on the confirmation slip.

The balance of the payment for your holiday is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.

You must vacate the property during the morning on the date of departure to enable cleaning and preparation to be made for incoming guests. This is normally 10.00 hours and your arrival at the property should be from 15.00 hours onwards.

There will be a deposit to cover breakage, loss or damage to any item of property, or the property itself during your stay. This will be 150 Euros payable at the start of the holiday and fully refundable at the end provided there is no loss or damage.

It is your responsibility to provide suitable travel insurance to cover your party’s needs.

Should you cancel your holiday before the final payment your deposit will be forfeit.
Cancellation from final payment until 2 weeks before the start of your holiday, 75% of the total cost will be forfeit.
Cancellation during the last 2 weeks, the total cost will be forfeit.

LOCAL ARRANGEMENTS

1. swimming pool is fenced and gated to prevent children and non-swimmers having un-intended access to the pool. The responsibility for the safety of all guests is with the key holder of Maison Cage. No child should be allowed in the pool unsupervised.
2. Breakages and damage should be reported to the owners as soon as possible so that appropriate action can be taken to safeguard both guests and property.
3. The gates and doors to the property should be secured whenever the property is left un-attended.
4. The house is a no smoking zone.
